UI/UX Designer – Digital Transformation

About the role

Join a team of digital evangelists who thrive in an agile, startup‑like environment. As a UI/UX Designer you will help shape end‑to‑end digital solutions that drive top‑line impact for our clients and support their digital transformation journeys.

Key responsibilities

• Guide products through the full lifecycle, from early concepting to acceptance testing.
• Develop prototypes and concepts for sales, marketing, and pricing applications across digital platforms.
• Gather, challenge, and evaluate user needs together with Delivery/Product Managers to ensure the right target group and roadmap.
• Apply design‑thinking and human‑centered design methodologies to design, test, and refine concepts based on user feedback.
• Create wireframes, user journey maps, flow diagrams, and interactive prototypes with detailed UI specifications.
• Present design concepts and articulate decisions to clients during interviews and workshops.
• Conduct user interviews to collect feedback and provide guidance on design topics to clients and consultants.

Required profile

• Advanced knowledge of design‑thinking and human‑centered design methodologies.
• Strong collaboration skills with Delivery and Product Managers.
• Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
• Experience conducting user interviews and translating feedback into design improvements.
• Ability to mentor clients and consultants on design‑related matters.
