UI/UX Designer (m/f/d)

About the role

Join a fast‑growing digital innovation team that blends startup agility with a solid corporate foundation. As a UI/UX Designer you will shape end‑to‑end digital products, from early concept to final acceptance testing, delivering impactful solutions for sales, marketing and pricing applications.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with Delivery and Product Managers to gather, challenge and evaluate user needs and requirements.
• Apply design‑thinking and human‑centered design methods to create, test and refine concepts.
• Produce wireframes, user journey maps, flow diagrams and interactive prototypes with clear UI specifications.
• Present design concepts and rationales to clients during interviews and workshops.
• Conduct user interviews, collect feedback and provide design guidance to clients and consultants.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate user insights into design solutions.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting ideas and facilitating workshops.
• Team‑player attitude, eager to exchange ideas within a collaborative environment.
