Video Editor - Social Media Specialist (Short-form Content)

About the position

Join a prestigious international beauty brand and elevate our digital presence! We are looking for a talented and meticulous Video Editor to transform raw footage from our luxury salons into high-impact, engaging short-form content designed to captivate our audience on social media.

Main Missions

• Edit high-quality short-form videos (Reels, TikToks) from pre-recorded salon footage.
• Create polished and attractive montages featuring seamless cuts, dynamic transitions, subtitles, and trending music.
• Implement motion graphics, text overlays, and visual effects in strict alignment with brand guidelines.
• Optimize video formats and pacing to maximize engagement and performance on Instagram and TikTok.
• Manage a consistent production workflow, delivering multiple high-quality edits per week.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to follow creative directions and brand identity.

Profile sought

• Proven experience in video editing, specifically for social media platforms (TikTok/Reels).
• A keen eye for detail, aesthetics, and visual storytelling.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high creative standards.
• Proactive mindset with a strong understanding of social media trends and algorithms.

Required Skills

• Mastery of video editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, or Final Cut Pro).
• Proficiency in adding motion graphics and text animations.
• Strong understanding of rhythm, pacing, and sound design for short-form content.
• Ability to translate marketing briefs into engaging visual content.
