Virtual Medical Assistant – Anesthesia & Pain Management (Remote)

About the role

We are seeking a highly organized Virtual Medical Assistant to support a busy consultant in an Anesthesia and Pain Management clinic. This long‑term remote position requires excellent communication skills and a patient‑centered approach, allowing you to manage appointments and coordinate care from anywhere.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update the doctor’s appointment calendar.
• Respond professionally to patient calls and WhatsApp messages.
• Book, confirm, and reschedule appointments.
• Follow up with patients after clinic visits and procedures.
• Coordinate with hospitals, imaging centers, and laboratories.
• Keep accurate patient records and appointment logs.
• Prepare the daily clinic schedule.
• Assist with general administrative tasks and correspondence.

Required profile

• Previous experience as a medical secretary, virtual medical assistant, or clinic coordinator.
• Fluent spoken and written Arabic with good English communication skills.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to maintain strict patient confidentiality.
• Reliable internet connection and computer.
