Visa Processing Officer – Data Entry (Giza)

About the role

The Visa Processing Officer will support our travel agency’s visa operations by assisting clients with their visa applications, ensuring all documents are complete, and maintaining high standards of customer service. This position is based in our Giza office and involves both data‑entry tasks and client interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, review, and verify visa application documents from clients.
• Complete visa application forms (online or paper) on behalf of clients.
• Provide guidance on required documents for tourist, business, work, and other visa types.
• Track application status, follow up with consulates/embassies, and manage appointments, courier services, and payments.
• Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for all client interactions.
• Coordinate with the central visa team for processing updates.
• Report on processing timelines and suggest efficiency improvements.
• Ensure confidentiality and data protection for all client information.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma, preferably in Tourism, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in visa processing or travel‑agency operations.
• Strong knowledge of visa procedures for Schengen, USA, UK, GCC, and other popular destinations.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic and English.
• High level of professionalism and customer‑service orientation.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using online visa portals and other computer systems.
