Voice Implementation Expert

About the role

Orange Business is seeking a Voice Implementation Expert to configure and maintain Business Talk services across multiple platforms. You will act as the internal technical reference, especially during escalations, ensuring high‑quality voice solutions for our global customers.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely and accurate configurations of Business Talk services on various platforms.
• Serve as the technical reference for the team during escalations.
• Manage, configure, and troubleshoot SBCs (Oracle, Ribbon), SIP trunks, and Gatekeeper settings.
• Perform troubleshooting and validation of VoIP technologies and protocols (SIP, TCP/IP, TLS).
• Handover and enable the team on new services, technologies, or products.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of switched voice networks and legacy & soft‑switch architectures.
• Expertise in IP telephony protocols such as SIP, SDP, and RTP.
• Experience with Cisco routers and voice configurations.
• Solid understanding of IP networks, routing protocols, MPLS and MP‑BGP.
• BSc in Telecommunications or equivalent with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English and a strong customer‑service mindset.
