Warehouse Associate – PWD (People with Disabilities)

About the role

This position is dedicated to people with disabilities (PWD) who want to work in a fast‑paced fulfillment center. You will help prepare customer orders, handle inventory, and keep the warehouse running safely and efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and put away inventory.
• Pick, pack, and stage customer orders for shipment.
• Load boxes onto trucks.
• Operate and work around moving equipment such as order pickers, forklifts, mobile carts and, where present, robots.
• Use barcode scanners and follow on‑screen prompts for task instructions.
• Share daily safety tips and wear required protective gear.

Required profile

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Egyptian national (no visa sponsorship).
• Basic understanding of English.
• Physical ability to lift up to 22 kg, stand, walk, squat, bend and climb stairs during long shifts.
• Comfortable with a relaxed safety‑focused dress code and use of hearing protection if needed.

Required skills

• Barcode scanner operation.
• Handling of warehouse equipment (order pickers, forklifts, mobile carts).
