Warehouse Operations Associate

About the role

The Warehouse Operations Associate supports daily store and warehouse activities for Chalhoub Group in Nasr City. The role focuses on accurate inventory handling, efficient order picking and packing, and strict adherence to health, safety, security and environment (HSSE) policies.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, inspect and store incoming shipments.
• Pick, pack and prepare customer orders with precision.
• Check, dispatch and load outgoing shipments against documentation.
• Perform warehouse tasks such as scanning, labeling, wrapping and stock handling.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and report any discrepancies.
• Support stock replenishment, cycle counts and inventory audits.
• Investigate and report stock variances, damages or defects.
• Ensure proper handling, storage and cleanliness of the warehouse.
• Use warehouse equipment safely and follow all HSSE policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree holder.
• Experience in warehousing, logistics, distribution centres or retail operations.
• Familiarity with inventory management, stock control, picking, packing and cycle counts.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Commitment to health, safety and environmental standards.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency with warehouse equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, forklifts).
• Ability to operate scanning and labeling tools.
• Understanding of HSSE policies and safe work practices.
