Warranty Engineer – Automotive Business Line

About the role

We are looking for a Warranty Engineer to manage and oversee warranty claim operations within our Automotive Business Line. The role ensures compliance with OEM standards, supports product improvement initiatives, and enhances customer satisfaction through effective after‑sales processes.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and process warranty claims from dealers and service centres.
• Monitor claim accuracy and ensure adherence to OEM policies.
• Analyse warranty data to identify cost drivers, trends and root causes.
• Prepare reports on warranty performance and product reliability.
• Provide technical guidance to dealers and internal teams.
• Support audits, training and continuous process improvements.
• Liaise with engineering and quality teams on product issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Automotive or related engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in warranty, after‑sales or service engineering, preferably automotive.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle systems and diagnostics.
• Excellent analytical, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• High attention to detail and ability to manage high claim volumes.
