Web Specialist & SEO

About the role

We are looking for a Web Specialist & SEO to support the day‑to‑day management of our company website. You will work closely with developers, content creators and cross‑functional teams to ensure the site is accurate, engaging and optimized for search.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the company CMS, coordinating updates with developers and content teams.
• Execute website content updates according to editorial calendars.
• Support SEO implementation, including content optimization and basic performance tracking.
• Monitor website metrics (traffic, engagement, performance) and report insights.
• Identify website issues or risks and escalate promptly.
• Collaborate with Marketing, IT and CX teams on digital initiatives.
• Assist in website‑related projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope.
• Prepare documentation such as briefs, requirements and reports.
• Support personalization campaigns and A/B testing execution.
• Use analytics and monitoring tools to contribute to UI/UX improvements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2–4 years of experience in digital, web or related roles.
• Strong organizational, time‑management and communication skills in English and Arabic.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced, agile environment.

Required skills

• Basic understanding of CMS platforms.
• Familiarity with SEO principles.
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS basics.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4) and Google Analytics.
• Understanding of website tagging and reporting tools.
• Proficiency with Power BI for reporting and data visualization.
