Wellness Program Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Wellness Program Specialist to design and deliver health and wellness initiatives for MetLife’s corporate clients. The role focuses on improving employee wellbeing, engagement, and preventive healthcare through structured programs and close client collaboration.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and support implementation of health and wellness programs and related processes.
• Manage client onboarding and implementation plans to ensure timely and effective delivery.
• Coordinate onsite wellness campaigns and health‑related activities with medical providers.
• Serve as primary liaison between internal teams, laboratories, hospitals, and client stakeholders.
• Lead client meetings and present program design, progress, and outcomes.
• Monitor participation rates and engagement levels, providing insights and recommendations.
• Prepare regular reports and track program effectiveness and impact.
• Support awareness initiatives such as check‑ups, chronic disease prevention, mental health, vaccination campaigns, and educational sessions.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in healthcare, insurance, pharmaceuticals, or medical service providers.
• Strong project management and coordination capabilities.
• Experience in account management and client relationship handling.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong interest in health promotion, wellbeing, and preventive care.
