Missions
- Handle inbound and outbound WhatsApp inquiries from candidates in German, English, Spanish and French.
- Match candidates to multiple open accounts and job offers across various sectors.
- Maintain accurate candidate records in the recruitment database.
- Provide timely feedback and support throughout the application process.
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure a smooth hand‑over of qualified profiles.
Profil recherche
- Fluent in German, English, Spanish and French (written and spoken).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proactive, detail‑oriented and able to manage several accounts simultaneously.
- Comfortable using WhatsApp and basic CRM tools.
- Motivated to work with graduates, undergraduates, gap‑year students and drop‑outs.
