Work-from-Home Customer Support – French Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a motivated French‑English Customer Support Representative to join our global, fully remote team. You will be the first point of contact for customers, helping them resolve issues and ensuring a positive experience in both French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via chat, email, and phone in French and English.
• Provide step‑by‑step guidance to resolve technical, order‑related, or account issues.
• Maintain accurate records of each interaction in our support system.
• Share customer feedback to help improve products and processes.
• Collaborate with a supportive remote team to achieve service goals.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in remote or online customer service.
• Fluent written and spoken French and English.
• Calm, solution‑focused attitude under pressure.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce environments is a plus.

Required skills

• Experience with Gorgias, Zendesk, Shopify, or similar support tools.
• Knowledge of CRM systems.
