About the role
Pinerium is looking for a motivated Zoho Product Owner Intern to support product planning, requirement gathering, workflow analysis, and solution coordination within the Zoho ecosystem. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates interested in SaaS products, business automation, and Agile product management.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in gathering business requirements and documenting client needs.
- Support workflow analysis, business process mapping, and preparation of user stories and product requirements.
- Coordinate between developers, implementation teams, testers, and stakeholders to track tasks, timelines, and deliverables.
- Maintain product documentation, reports, and tracking sheets; help manage product backlog updates.
- Research Zoho applications, SaaS trends, and automation tools while learning Agile, Scrum, and product management methodologies.
- Support internal communication, meeting coordination, note‑taking, and progress tracking.
Required profile
- Final‑year student or fresh graduate in Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with an interest in SaaS, business automation and product management.
- Good communication and organizational skills; ability to learn quickly in a fast‑paced environment.
- Basic understanding of Agile or Scrum concepts is a plus.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Zoho applications.
- Experience with CRM systems.
- Knowledge of project management tools.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace.
