Zone Clinical Leader - Surgical Imaging (EAGM)

About the role

The Zone Clinical Leader provides clinical and technical support during the sales process by demonstrating the full range of surgical imaging products to prospects. The role drives the introduction of new product innovations, deepens penetration across clinical fields and builds collaboration and evidence generation among the installed base of the surgical imaging portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assistance in developing leadership on product market positioning.
• Support clinical reference site management in coordination with local organizations.
• Disseminate information on clinical trends, new procedures and new products or options.
• Work with the Product Manager, local Clinical Leader and application team to identify key reference sites for new product introductions, and support sales specialists in clinical demos in the OR, workshops and conferences.
• Execute product demonstrations in the operating room in presales and postsales environments.
• Build relationships with Luminaries to develop programmes promoting products through clinical presentations and digital media.
• Support clinical and marketing regional collaboration and coordination with third-party companies (robotics, navigation, etc.) to create solutions and tools for the sales team.
• Support local congress organisation, drive clinical activities at congresses and customer events.

Required profile

• Biomedical engineering degree, with imaging specialisation in radiology or surgery.
• 5+ years of relevant healthcare industry experience.
• Clinical experience in the operating room environment.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding targets and a desire to grow new business.
• Strong medical and technical background, excellent interpersonal, teamwork and communication skills, and strong presentation skills (public speaking and lecture experience desired).
• Willingness to travel in the region and internationally about 70% of the time.
