Account Development Executive – Field Sales (Hub Delivery)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and street‑smart Account Development Executive (ADE) to join our field‑first team. The role focuses on identifying, scouting, and initiating partnerships with retail businesses across Egypt to expand Amazon’s Hub Delivery network.

Key responsibilities

• Execute daily field assignments across designated zones, visiting pre‑assigned store locations to assess suitability as Hub Delivery collection points.
• Evaluate stores against eligibility criteria such as location, footfall, storage capacity, and owner willingness.
• Log visit data accurately via mobile app (AppSheet) with GPS verification, store details, and interest/rejection status.
• Conduct first‑contact conversations with store owners and managers to introduce the Hub Delivery partnership model and value proposition.
• Maintain an up‑to‑date scouting tracker; flag high‑potential leads for BDM follow‑up and escalation.
• Follow pre‑assigned daily route plans and achieve target visit counts per shift.
• Submit end‑of‑day field reports, flagging objections, competitor presence, or operational blockers observed in the field.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in field sales, retail merchandising, business development, or a related on‑ground role.
• Strong communication and persuasion skills; comfortable initiating conversations with business owners.
• Physically mobile – able to walk zones and visit multiple locations per day.
• Smartphone proficiency – comfortable using mobile apps for GPS‑based data submission.
• Fluent Arabic (written and spoken) and basic English.
