Export Sales Manager (Full‑Time, Hybrid)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced and results‑driven Sales & Export Manager to develop sales, identify new international markets, acquire overseas customers and distributors, and manage the export sales process from lead generation to closing deals and shipment.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new international markets and business opportunities.
• Research and approach potential importers, distributors, agents, wholesalers, and B2B buyers.
• Generate qualified international leads and convert them into customers.
• Prepare quotations, negotiate commercial terms, and close sales deals.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial contact to contract, payment, and shipment.
• Coordinate with logistics, production, finance, and other departments to ensure smooth export operations.
• Attend international exhibitions, trade fairs, and business meetings as required.
• Maintain accurate CRM records and provide regular sales and export reports.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, export, international business or business development (2‑5 years).
• Experience dealing with international B2B clients and distributors.
• Excellent written and spoken English with strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to independently research and open new international markets.
• Good understanding of international trade, export procedures and Incoterms.

• Knowledge of Incoterms, international payment methods, shipping and export documentation.
