AI Native Content Writer

About the role

Finanshels is looking for an AI Native Content Writer to shape how the company appears in search results, AI‑generated answers and the decision‑making channels of UAE founders. You will design, build and run an AI‑driven content system that turns topics into high‑velocity, human‑reviewed pieces while maintaining finance accuracy and compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Build, operate and continuously improve an AI‑powered content workflow from topic discovery to publishing.
• Drive organic traffic, keyword rankings and AI citation visibility (SEO, GEO, AEO) across fintech and compliance topics.
• Plan and execute high‑velocity, ICP‑focused editorial calendars, producing long‑form articles, guides, e‑books and press releases.
• Repurpose pillar content into social media copy, newsletters, short‑form assets and other formats using tools like Surfer SEO.
• Develop webinar and event calendars, create decks, talking points and host webinars when needed.
• Produce basic visual assets with Canva, Adobe and AI‑powered design tools.
• Publish and manage content on Webflow, WordPress and React platforms, ensuring editorial standards.

Required profile

• Degree in Finance, Journalism or a related field with functional knowledge of accounting, tax, compliance and audits.
• Proven experience writing long‑form SEO content (articles, guides, e‑books, press releases) in fintech or financial services.
• Demonstrated ability to design end‑to‑end AI content workflows using tools such as Claude, Frase, Originality.ai and Humanize AI.
• Experience publishing and managing content across CMS platforms like Webflow, WordPress and React.
• Fluent English; Arabic proficiency is highly desired.
