E-commerce Account Manager – Social Media & Sales

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and organized E‑commerce Account Manager to manage and grow our e‑commerce accounts. The role involves overseeing day‑to‑day operations, coordinating across teams, maintaining a strong content strategy, enhancing customer experience, and driving overall sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of assigned e‑commerce accounts and monitor performance, engagement and sales.
• Create, manage and execute monthly and weekly content plans, including posts, stories and reels.
• Coordinate with Sales, Moderation, Delivery and Content teams to ensure smooth order processing from receipt to delivery.
• Analyze account insights, track competitors and market trends, and propose new campaigns, offers and content ideas.
• Work with influencers, UGC creators and content creators to boost brand visibility.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in account management, e‑commerce or social media.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp and overall social‑media customer journeys.
• Excellent communication, organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good command of English and ability to work in a fast‑paced environment.
