About the role
The company is looking for an Architect Engineer to lead curtain wall, cladding and façade projects. The role combines design, quantity surveying and on‑site execution to ensure high‑quality delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Curtain Wall & Cladding / Façade works
- Prepare shop drawings using AutoCAD
- Quantity surveying and BOQ measurement
- Handle client and subcontractor claims
- Site execution, supervision and handover
- Coordinate with consultants and subcontractors
- Project scheduling and progress reporting
Required profile
- Minimum 4 years of relevant experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong background in shop drawing, quantity surveying and site execution
- Own a car (required for site visits)
