Junior Electrical Design Engineer – Design & Drafting

About the role

We are seeking a Junior Electrical Design Engineer to join our engineering team in Heliopolis, Cairo. The role focuses on supporting electrical design, drafting, and BIM modelling under senior supervision, ensuring compliance with project standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare basic electrical calculations (lighting levels, connected load, voltage drop, cable sizing) and assist in drafting power distribution, lighting, and grounding layouts.
• Produce 2D AutoCAD drawings and 3D Revit MEP models, and run lighting simulations with DIALux or DIALux EVO.
• Draft ELV system layouts for fire alarm, CCTV, access control, and structured cabling.

Required profile

• 2 to 8 years of hands‑on experience in electrical design or a related engineering field.
• Entry‑level position suitable for candidates eager to grow their skills in a dynamic engineering environment.
