About the role
The Authorization Officer will play a critical part in ensuring the secure and efficient processing of credit card transactions. Working within the Customer Experience and Conduct Group, you will interact directly with clients to verify transaction authenticity and support their credit needs while upholding the bank's risk and compliance standards.
Key responsibilities
- Review declined credit card activities and assess their validity.
- Contact clients to confirm transaction authenticity and release legitimate holds.
- Process supplementary card limit adjustments in line with bank policies.
- Apply risk controls and compliance guidelines to prevent fraud.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service throughout the authorization process.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset.
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction.
- Understanding of banking policies, risk management, and compliance standards.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining accuracy.
