Business Banking Acquisition Relationship Manager – Senior

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Business Banking Acquisition Relationship Manager (Senior) to lead a large portfolio of corporate clients in the Mivida and Obour regions. The role focuses on deepening existing relationships, acquiring new business, and delivering a full suite of banking solutions while meeting revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate prospective customers against the target market plan and risk criteria, structuring facilities in line with ADIB Egypt’s credit policy.
• Prepare and update client information, financial statements, and analysis for credit reviews and approvals.
• Review and approve credit extensions, ensuring accurate facility design, appropriate risk ratings, and compliance with regulatory limits.
• Monitor client accounts, conduct regular follow‑ups, and manage past‑due issues to protect the bank’s risk position.
• Maintain ongoing contact with customers, conduct site visits, and provide timely updates on the bank’s product portfolio.
• Drive portfolio growth through cross‑selling treasury, cash management, trade and corporate finance solutions.
• Collaborate with product specialists, risk managers and other banking staff to deliver seamless service.

Required profile

• University degree; MA or MBA is an advantage.
• 5‑7 years of banking experience for acquisition RM or 8‑10 years for senior RM, with a proven track record in SME, corporate, trade or treasury services.
• Strong understanding of corporate banking, treasury cash management and trade lending products.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build senior‑level client relationships.
