Chief Technology Officer (CTO)

About the role

The Chief Technology Officer will shape and execute the group’s technology vision, driving digital transformation across automotive retail, after‑sales, mobility services and logistics. Reporting to the executive team, the CTO ensures technology aligns with business goals, improves operational efficiency and enhances customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a technology roadmap that supports strategic objectives.
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, including ERP, CRM, data‑analytics and e‑commerce platforms.
• Oversee enterprise architecture, infrastructure and smart‑mobility connectivity projects.
• Develop and enforce cybersecurity policies, risk‑management strategies and disaster‑recovery plans.
• Manage and mentor IT and digital teams, fostering an agile, innovative culture.
• Collaborate with senior leaders to embed technology in finance, operations and customer service.
• Negotiate with external vendors and optimise the technology budget.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• Minimum 15 years of progressive technology experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven track record of leading large‑scale digital transformation in a multi‑brand, customer‑focused organization.
• Strong knowledge of ERP systems (SAP or Oracle) and CRM platforms.
