Odoo Developer – ERP Development

About the role

We are looking for an Odoo Developer to design, develop, customize and maintain Odoo ERP modules that support Chemipharm’s business processes. The role involves close collaboration with functional consultants and business users to deliver reliable ERP solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and customize Odoo modules to meet cross‑departmental business requirements.
• Integrate Odoo with third‑party systems and APIs such as payment gateways, CRM and e‑commerce platforms.
• Troubleshoot, debug and resolve issues in existing Odoo implementations to ensure system stability.
• Write clean, maintainable Python code and unit tests following Odoo development best practices.
• Collaborate with functional consultants and business users to gather requirements and deliver ERP solutions.

Required profile

• BSc in Computer Science or a related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience as an Odoo Developer.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and effective communication skills.
• Team management capabilities.
