About the role
HeliumDoc (formerly Meddy) is building a platform that makes healthcare information easy to access. As a Content Operations Associate you will collect, curate, and keep up‑to‑date the data on doctors and clinics that powers the product.
Key responsibilities
- Research and collect information about doctors and clinics.
- Curate and update doctors' information on the Meddy platform.
- Call clinics to confirm the accuracy of the data.
- Follow content guidelines to ensure consistency.
- Quality‑check website data to keep it accurate and current.
Required profile
- At least 2 years of experience as a Content Associate, Data Entry or similar role.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet daily targets.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment without compromising quality.
- Can‑do attitude with a track record of delivering high‑quality work.
