Front Desk Receptionist/Front Office Manager

About the role

The Director role at Nawah Scientific is a full‑time, on‑site position based in Cairo. The Director oversees strategic planning and execution across the company’s core units, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with Nawah’s mission and growth objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead cross‑functional teams and set performance targets.
• Manage budgets, resource allocation and optimise processes and workflows.
• Collaborate with scientific leaders and business stakeholders to expand services and strengthen client relationships.
• Drive innovation in research and laboratory offerings while ensuring regulatory and quality compliance.

Required profile

• Strong leadership and people‑management experience guiding multidisciplinary teams.
• Proven strategic planning, business development and decision‑making capabilities in life sciences or pharmaceuticals.
• Solid background in scientific research, laboratory operations or analytical services.
• Financial and operational management skills, including budgeting and process optimisation.
• Advanced degree in a relevant field; MBA or equivalent is a plus.

Required skills

• ISO certifications knowledge.
• Good Laboratory Practice (GLP) familiarity.
• Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) familiarity.
