About the role

Key responsibilities

• Deliver the provided lesson plans across secondary subjects when teachers are absent.
• Manage classroom behaviour and maintain a focused, positive learning environment.
• Adapt lesson delivery to support varied student needs and learning styles.
• Monitor student progress and give feedback to the relevant teaching staff.
• Follow safeguarding procedures and keep the classroom safe and orderly.

Required profile

• Strong classroom management and behaviour control skills.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with students.
• Ability to follow and implement predefined lesson plans.
• Flexibility to teach different subjects and age levels.
• Patient, adaptable and culturally sensitive.
