About the role

The Customer Service Officer will interact with internal and external banking customers via phone, chat and email. The role focuses on delivering excellent service, resolving issues and supporting sales opportunities to enhance customer loyalty.

Key responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls, callbacks, live chat and email inquiries.
Understand customers' banking needs and provide accurate information on products and procedures.
Resolve problems in real time, including charge reversals and fee adjustments.
Capture and report customer feedback for continuous product improvement.
Convert sales opportunities to meet financial targets.
Maintain adherence to call‑center KPIs such as quality score, NPS and post‑call surveys.

Required profile

University graduate, preferably with finance, banking or mathematics background.
1–3 years of customer‑service or call‑center experience.
Strong customer focus with excellent communication and listening skills.
Computer literate and comfortable using standard office applications.
