Customer Service Representative – Order to Cash Support

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to provide order‑to‑cash support for AkzoNobel’s global paint and coatings business. The role involves verifying order details, processing orders promptly, and ensuring timely delivery and invoicing to meet customer expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, process and follow up customer orders, confirming details in writing.
• Review outstanding orders and ensure on‑time‑in‑full (OTIF) delivery.
• Coordinate delivery dates, documentation, transport and packaging with customers.
• Provide product information, including safety data sheets, to customers.
• Collaborate with regional offices, warehouse, logistics and production teams to resolve issues and meet timelines.
• Prepare and send invoices promptly after proof of delivery.
• Record and route customer complaints to technical support and manage product returns.
• Maintain accurate order records and archive relevant documentation.
