About the role

The Telesales Agent will drive sales by contacting potential customers over the phone, building relationships, and presenting tailored solutions that match our product portfolio. This position requires a proactive mindset to identify prospects, understand their needs, and convert interest into revenue.

Key responsibilities

Make outbound calls to generate new sales leads.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships to encourage repeat business.
Assess customer needs and match them with appropriate product offerings.
Achieve or exceed defined sales targets and performance metrics.
Record all customer interactions in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the sales team to refine sales strategies and processes.
Stay up‑to‑date with product updates and industry trends.

Required profile

1‑3 years of experience in sales or telesales.
Proven track record of meeting or surpassing sales targets.
Bachelor’s degree.
