About the role
We are looking for a Customer Support Team Leader to lead our support team, ensure excellent customer service, and maintain a high level of client satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and support the Customer Support team to achieve performance goals.
- Monitor daily support operations and ensure timely resolution of customer inquiries.
- Manage escalations and ensure effective communication with clients.
- Track team performance and provide regular feedback and guidance.
- Analyze support trends and identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance customer experience.
- Prepare reports and updates related to support performance.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in Customer Support, with at least 1 year in a team leadership role.
- Strong leadership and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer relationship management abilities.
- Experience with SaaS products or software solutions is preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good command of English is preferred.
