Donor Relations Representative – Egypt

About the role

The Donor Relations Representative will lead a team of donor relations and plasma awareness representatives across multiple donation centres, ensuring donor recruitment, retention and satisfaction while meeting budget and performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of donor relations and plasma awareness representatives across at least five donation centres.
• Implement marketing and donor‑service strategies to achieve budget targets and performance KPIs for new and regular donors.
• Oversee donor retention and loyalty programmes, manage contingency plans and ensure high‑quality donor service.
• Generate analytical reports with insights and action plans for each centre and communicate results to stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations and quality standards in all donor‑related activities.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience in customer service, sales or donor recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and decision‑making abilities.
• Ability to work in a highly regulated, fast‑paced medical environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with CRM applications.
