Medical Representative – Pharmaceutical Sales

About the role

Responsible for promoting Julphar’s pharmaceutical products and services to healthcare providers, acting as a trusted advisor and helping customers make informed buying decisions. The role involves delivering therapeutic solutions that meet client needs while upholding the company’s image and professional ethics.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage an assigned sales territory, executing sales and marketing plans.
• Meet or exceed sales targets within agreed budgets and timelines.
• Organise audio‑visual activities and presentations for healthcare providers.
• Maintain daily reports, customer profiles and marketing feedback.
• Stay updated with the latest clinical data and present it to health professionals.
• Monitor competitor activities and report findings to the manager.
• Use company promotional tools and free medical samples to achieve targets.
• Prospect new business opportunities and build relationships with customers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in pharmacy or a related science.
• Excellent communication, listening and persuasive abilities.
• Strong time and territory management skills.
• Ambitious, dynamic team player with a positive mindset.
• Self‑motivated, persistent and willing to learn.
