Factory Manager – Large‑Scale Garment Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Factory Manager to lead operations at a large‑scale garment manufacturing facility in Tanta, Egypt. The role oversees production, quality, compliance and logistics for global apparel and sportswear brands.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all factory functions including production, cutting, sewing, finishing, maintenance, quality, planning, compliance, HR and logistics.
• Drive shop‑floor efficiencies, resolve bottlenecks and implement Lean Manufacturing and industrial‑engineering production systems.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, health & safety regulations and global buyer requirements.
• Manage budgets, resources and cost controls to optimise financial performance.
• Act as primary liaison with global brand representatives during audits and factory visits.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years managing operations in a garment facility with 400+ sewing machines.
• Proven shop‑floor leadership delivering productivity improvements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Textile/Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or related field (MBA preferred).
• Fluent in English and operational Arabic (spoken and written).
