About the role

EY is building a Finance Competency in Egypt and seeks experienced consultants to senior managers to lead this growth. The role is market‑facing, involving executive‑level conversations, alignment of finance opportunities, and positioning Egypt as a near‑shore delivery hub for the MENA region.

Key responsibilities

• Lead executive‑level discussions on finance transformation in the Egyptian market.
• Drive alignment on finance components of the opportunity pipeline.
• Lead projects and teams to implement finance transformation agendas for clients across sectors.
• Develop and grow client relationships, contributing to revenue generation.
• Shape the finance function operating model and talent strategy.

Required profile

• Consulting experience in finance transformation across multiple sectors.
• Proven ability to lead emerging teams and manage senior stakeholder relationships.
• Strong understanding of market trends and ability to translate them into solutions.
• Experience in data‑driven forecasting, risk management, and value‑driver analysis.
