About the role

TP Systems is seeking a motivated French Recruiter to join its talent acquisition team in Egypt. The role focuses on sourcing, screening and guiding candidates through a smooth hiring journey while maintaining a positive experience.

Key responsibilities

Source and attract qualified candidates through multiple recruitment channels.
Conduct phone and online interviews to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from initial screening to offer stage.
Coordinate interview schedules and assessments with hiring managers.
Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure a strong talent pipeline.

Required profile

Fluent in French and English with strong communication abilities.
Excellent interpersonal skills and a people‑oriented mindset.
Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment handling multiple vacancies.
Strong organizational and time‑management capabilities.
Recruitment experience is a plus, but recent graduates with strong communication are welcome.
