Human Resource Business Partner

About the role

Partner with business leaders to understand organizational goals and challenges, providing strategic HR guidance and insights. Develop and implement HR strategies that align with business objectives, ensuring effective talent acquisition, performance management, and employee development.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver comprehensive HR programs and initiatives that foster employee engagement and enhance the employee experience.
• Conduct workforce planning and talent management activities, identify skill gaps, and develop succession plans to support organizational growth.
• Provide expertise on HR policies, labor laws, and compliance matters, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations and best practices.
• Act as a change agent, driving organizational change and managing change initiatives to optimize productivity and acceptance.
• Analyze HR data and metrics to generate insights and provide data‑driven recommendations for improving HR processes.
• Lead employee relations activities, including conflict resolution and mediation, to promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar role, demonstrating successful HR strategy development and implementation.
• In‑depth knowledge of HR best practices, talent management, employee engagement, and labor laws.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a data‑driven approach to decision making.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build effective relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
