Guest Experience Expert – Guest Relations

About the role

The Guest Experience Expert ensures every guest enjoys a memorable and seamless stay at The Ritz‑Carlton. Acting as the primary point of contact, you will guide guests through all phases of their visit, from arrival to departure, delivering the brand’s renowned luxury service.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and assist guests, handling check‑in, check‑out and special requests.
• Process operational tasks such as reports, reservations adjustments, and coordination with other departments.
• Provide local area information and recommendations to enhance the guest experience.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment, adhering to company policies and confidentiality standards.
• Move throughout the property, standing, walking, and lifting items up to 10 lb without assistance.
• Uphold the “Gold Standards” of service, ensuring professional appearance and communication at all times.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent (GED).
• No prior hospitality experience required.
• Ability to work on your feet for extended periods and lift up to 10 lb.
• Strong commitment to safety, confidentiality and quality standards.
• Professional demeanor with excellent personal presentation.
