About the role
We are looking for a Help Desk Coordinator to provide first‑line technical support to users within Cleopatra Hospitals Group. The role involves troubleshooting hardware and software issues, ensuring smooth operation of IT systems, and assisting staff with basic network and application problems.
Key responsibilities
- Provide first‑line technical support to users and resolve hardware/software issues.
- Troubleshoot and resolve IT‑related problems in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain computers, software, and peripherals.
- Monitor and maintain IT systems to ensure proper functionality.
- Escalate complex technical issues when needed.
- Document technical issues and their resolutions.
Required profile
- Bachelor degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 1 to 3 years of IT support/help‑desk experience.
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
- Problem‑solving abilities.
