HR Business Partner – People Experience & Talent

About the role

The Amazon HR team is looking for an HR Business Partner to support a fulfillment centre. You will work closely with operations, providing pragmatic, commercial and employee‑focused advice while helping to deliver the HR plan for the site.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and talent acquisition to fill vacancies quickly with high‑calibre candidates.
• Develop and execute employee engagement and communication plans to drive motivation and retention.
• Support line managers on employee relations, employment law and policy implementation.
• Organise the annual leadership review, coach managers on performance development and succession planning.
• Collaborate with learning and development to ensure appropriate training interventions are in place.
• Analyse HR metrics, identify root causes of issues and promote best practices.

Required profile

• Strong communication, coaching and influencing abilities.
• Experience delivering recruitment, employee relations and performance management support.
• Ability to partner with operational leaders and act as a trusted advisor.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision making.
