Senior Compensation & Benefits Specialist

About the role

As a Compensation & Benefits Lead, you will design, manage and enhance the organization’s reward strategies to attract, retain and motivate top talent while ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct market benchmarking and internal equity analysis, and support annual salary reviews, promotions and compensation adjustments.
• Manage employee benefits programs, evaluate existing plans and propose enhancements based on employee needs and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws, develop and maintain compensation and benefits policies, and stay updated on regulatory changes.
• Provide regular reports and analytics to HR leadership and finance, including cost modeling and impact analysis for new programs.
• Advise HR business partners and managers on compensation queries, communicate total‑reward programs to employees and handle escalations.
• Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, Performance Management and Payroll teams, and support HRIS and ERP implementation for accurate data.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; HR certifications are a plus.
• 4–7 years of experience in Compensation & Benefits within a structured HR environment.
• Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
