HRIS Consultant (Junior/Mid-Level)

Main Missions

• Configure, support, and troubleshoot HRIS/HCM applications to ensure seamless operations.
• Act as the primary technical point of contact for all HR system-related inquiries.
• Manage and resolve daily user incidents, ensuring end-to-end resolution and adherence to SLAs.
• Liaise with system vendors to analyze, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues.
• Deliver comprehensive training and ongoing support to HR users to maximize system adoption.
• Perform essential database operations to maintain system integrity and functionality.

Candidate Profile

• 1 to 3 years of professional experience in functional or technical HRIS/HCM support.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Strong analytical mindset with a proven ability to solve complex technical problems.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively while meeting strict deadlines.

Required Skills

• Advanced SQL proficiency (SELECT, INSERT, UPDATE, DELETE) for data validation and troubleshooting.
• Solid understanding of database structures and HR business workflows.
• Technical expertise in HRIS/HCM system administration.
• Data analysis and reporting capabilities.
