About the role
IBM Consulting is seeking an Industry Consultant focused on Government clients. The role works with public sector agencies to improve services, implement digital governance, and enhance citizen engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with government agencies to identify and implement improvements in public services.
- Lead digital governance initiatives that increase citizen engagement and streamline service delivery.
- Deliver client‑facing solution implementations, ensuring adoption and measurable outcomes.
- Provide strategic advice on hybrid cloud and AI solutions that support public sector transformation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (any discipline) or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with government or public sector organizations.
- Demonstrated ability to manage solution delivery and stakeholder collaboration.
- Strong communication and client‑facing skills.
