Leasing Associate - Elevate Graduate Programme

About the role

The Leasing Associate position is part of the Elevate Graduate Programme offered by Majid Al Futtaim Properties, the Asset Management Business Unit, which develops and operates a portfolio of regional malls. The 18-month programme gives recent graduates an immersive learning experience through rotations across business areas, ending with a landing role in Leasing, with mentorship from experienced leaders.

Key responsibilities

• Complete six months of generalist rotations in support and business areas, then a 12-month specific placement in Leasing.
• In Leasing, help secure tenants for shopping malls, negotiate lease agreements and ensure a diverse mix of retail, dining and entertainment options.
• Support day-to-day operations and project management tasks, including preparing presentations.
• Take part in business challenges and problem-solving initiatives.
• Attend training sessions and workshops and take part in development programmes.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant major such as Business Administration, Finance, Marketing or another relevant field.
• Fresh graduate of 2025/2026.
• Military service exemption or completion.
• Previous internships or work experience is a plus.
