Tenant Relations Manager - Real Estate

About the role

Al-Futtaim Group Real Estate manages the Cairo Festival City Mall and is looking for a Tenant Relations Manager. The role manages the tenant and customer liaison function, ensuring tenants follow Al-Futtaim retail standards, business compliance requirements and agreed obligations, while strengthening tenant performance, improving commercial value and supporting customer satisfaction across every touchpoint of the customer journey.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure tenants comply with industry standards, government regulations, Al-Futtaim policies, lease requirements and the Tenant Manual.
• Improve operational systems and processes to strengthen tenant compliance, service delivery and retail standards.
• Act as the main point of contact between the mall and tenants, managing expectations and offering practical solutions.
• Monitor tenant sales, footfall and commercial trends, and report on them to identify revenue-growth opportunities.
• Work with HR Business Partners, AFTC, line managers and senior management to align priorities and deliver initiatives.
• Communicate standards, products, services and expectations to tenants and stakeholders, and track retail development metrics.
• Support projects that improve tenant performance, customer satisfaction and the mall experience.
• Gather customer feedback, run competitor visits and develop customer experience strategies, including technology-driven solutions such as chatbots and mobile apps.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field, preferably with a specialization in Retail and Sales.
• Extensive experience in retail operations and tenant management, and in managing footfall and sales performance.
• Experience in budgeting, forecasting, commercial analysis and project management.
• Experience in large, culturally diverse organizations is preferred.
