Live Operations Coordinator – Logistics

About the role

The Live Operations Coordinator monitors real‑time courier and driver activities, ensuring smooth shift operations and timely order fulfillment. This role involves rapid problem‑solving, communication with field teams, and coordination across multiple internal departments.

Key responsibilities

• Track couriers/drivers during shifts, monitoring status, assigned, completed, and pending orders.
• Identify and resolve or escalate live operational issues, including inactive or delayed drivers.
• Communicate with couriers/drivers to provide support and ensure adherence to operational procedures.
• Coordinate with Team Leaders, Dispatchers, Customer Service, and Operations teams to address live issues.
• Follow up on delayed, missed, cancelled, or problematic orders and prepare daily performance reports.
• Maintain accurate incident records and support the team in meeting daily service and productivity targets.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and handle live operational challenges.
• Previous experience in logistics, dispatch, or operations is a plus.
• Proficiency in English and Arabic preferred.
