Operations Support Specialist – Order Processing & Inventory

About the role

The Operations Support Specialist ensures smooth daily operations at Coccarohome by handling order processing, packaging, shipment documentation, and inventory tracking. The role focuses on accuracy and speed for both inbound and outbound logistics, supporting e‑commerce channels and marketplace orders.

Key responsibilities

• Process daily online orders from the Coccarohome website and fulfill bulk marketplace orders (Amazon, Noon, etc.), ensuring accurate packing and timely dispatch.
• Generate and manage shipping documents, including invoices, labels, and shipment forms, and verify correct matching with orders.
• Update and track orders across e‑commerce and internal systems from confirmation to delivery, maintaining digital records.
• Receive inbound shipments, verify quantities, record products, and maintain organized inventory tracking for inbound and outbound stock.
• Communicate with internal teams (operations, customer service, management) and handle email correspondence, escalating issues when necessary.
• Maintain high attention to detail to avoid dispatch errors and work efficiently under high‑volume periods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
• Age between 25 and 30 years, male gender, presentable and professional appearance.
• Full‑time on‑site availability (no remote or hybrid options).
• Strong sense of responsibility, disciplined and dedicated to the role.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (basic to intermediate level).
• Familiarity with e‑commerce order management systems or similar tools.
• Experience using printers and QR/barcode scanners.
• Basic understanding of inventory handling processes.
