Mall Marketing Operations Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Mall Marketing Operations Executive to support end‑to‑end execution of mall events and activations in New Cairo. You will coordinate set‑up, branding installation, and breakdown while ensuring seamless collaboration with internal teams, tenants and external vendors.

Key responsibilities

• Provide on‑site assistance during mall events, from preparation through execution and post‑event breakdown.
• Oversee production, installation, and removal of in‑mall branding elements such as posters, banners and hoardings, ensuring quality and timely placement.
• Manage permits, approvals and compliance documentation required for campaigns and activations.
• Liaise with external agencies, vendors and the print house to deliver services according to brand guidelines and deadlines.
• Coordinate with digital, PR and security teams to support video or photo shoots within the mall.
• Maintain marketing material warehouses, track inventory and organise logistics for storage and retrieval.
• Prepare and maintain campaign documentation, data sheets, timelines and status trackers.
• Produce post‑campaign reports analysing performance, insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree from a recognised university.
• Minimum 3–4 years of relevant experience in marketing operations or event coordination.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating professional presentations.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
