Services Offer Pricing & Positioning Expert

About the role

Schneider Electric is seeking a Services Offer Pricing & Positioning Expert to define value‑based pricing, positioning and global reference tariffs for its Services Recurring portfolio. The role works closely with Product Owners, Offer Design teams and the Commercial Policy team to ensure pricing supports profitable growth.

Key responsibilities

• Define and maintain value‑based pricing methodologies for Global Services offers, aligning with business objectives.
• Develop and maintain Global Reference Tariffs, ensuring consistency across the pricing portfolio and providing a foundation for local price adaptation.
• Continuously evaluate market feedback and pricing performance to refine offer positioning and support strategic differentiation.
• Define localization rules for countries, provide pricing inputs to Commercial Policy teams, and govern price levers and offer pyramids.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience in pricing, offer marketing, product management or strategy, preferably in a services or solutions business.
• Proven ability to build and defend value‑based price logic, price waterfalls and positioning frameworks.
• Strong business acumen with understanding of offer design, cost, competition and willingness to pay.
• Ability to influence and align product owners, country teams and global functions without direct authority.
• Analytical rigor with experience in price and margin analytics to test and defend positioning.
• Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related field.
